Imagine yourself living and working in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks in the 19th and 20th century. What would be the  highlights of your life here? What contributions would you make to these parks? For one short hour sit back, relax, and let us tell you how it was. Tales of the adventurous lives of one of four unique characters will add intrigue and entertainment to your park visit! Befriend the likes of a hard working mule packer with stories to share of his days guiding early park visitors on steep backcountry trails. Get wrapped up in the harrowing tales of an early female explorer determined to keep up with the boys! Experience the excitement of being a young park ranger recording some of the first natural history observations the park had to offer. Root for one miner’s attempts to find the local Mother Lode. These and other historic characters will make park history come alive. Let us help your family build national park memories to last a lifetime.
