If you cancel your reservation, or have some spots available, please give us a call at 559.565.4222. Often times we have a waiting list for dates. If we can fill your cancelled reservation, we can offer you a refund minus a $5.00 service charge. Refunds can only be given if the road or direct trail to the hut has been closed or an official advisory of no backcountry travel has been issued by the National Park Service on your reserved ski-in day.

In the event that you need to change dates, you must do so 5 business days prior to your original reservation. We cannot accommodate changes after the 5 day window. While we cannot guarantee that your request will be available, we will do our best to work with you. We can only accommodate one reservation change per party per season. The registered group leader must call us. We cannot transfer any dates to the following year hut season.
