SEQUOIA FIELD INSTITUTE (SFI): the educational division of SNHA
We offer a wide variety of educational experiences in parks and surrounding public lands. From barge tours of Lake Kaweah to the summit of the tall peaks of the Sierra or a curriculum-based school field trip to a customized bird walk in Giant Forest, SFI wants to create memories for you. Each year, SFI presents a course catalog sure to please every type of nature lover. Extensive backpacking trips, natural history walks, kaying instruction and winter sports to name a few.
