By Fax
Fax the completed form to 1-559-565-3728, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only credit card orders may be faxed.
By Mail
Mail your completed order form with a check or money order to: Sequoia Natural History Association, Attn: Order Dept., 47050 Generals Highway #10, Three Rivers, CA, 93271. Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders. Your check should include the appropriate shipping fees, which are listed on the order form. Be sure to send your complete billing and shipping addresses. Depending on weight and size, your order may be shipped either by U.S. mail or by UPS. UPS does not accept packages addressed to a post office box.
By Phone
Call 1-559-565-3759, extension 4256. The Order Department’s hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Please have your credit card ready when ordering by phone. Staff often will be packing and shipping orders, or on the phone with other customers, so they may not be able to answer when you call. If you leave a message with your name, phone number, and time zone, your call will be returned.
Credit Card Orders
We accept MasterCard, Discover, and VISA. Mistyped or incomplete account numbers or expiration dates will delay processing.
Delivery Methods
Our normal shipping methods are via U.S. First-Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you desire faster shipping (which will entail a higher fee), please indicate this on the order form. Due to our remote location, overnight shipping from Sequoia National Park is not an option; the fastest option is UPS Second-Day Air (to destinations where this service is available). Most deliveries in the continental U.S. are made within fourteen days of our receipt of the order. Please include an e-mail address and phone number with your order so that we may advise you of any delay. Shipments to overseas addresses may take up to six weeks. Most orders to Canada arrive within three weeks.

SNHA offers educational materials at a discounted rate to teachers and schools. With verification (school ID, pay stub, etc.) teachers get a 10% discount on any publication we carry.
