Individuals
Phone orders may be placed between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (Pacific time) Monday - Friday. We accept orders via our order phone at (559) 565-3759, or fax at (559) 565-3728, or via our online shopping cart system.

Mail orders must be accompanied by the full payment. We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Our shopping cart will prompt you for these options.

Schools and Libraries
Library orders receive a 20% discount on SNHA publications only. Schools receive up to 30% off on most publications depending on quantity ordered. A purchase order must accompany your order form. Terms Net 30. Call (559) 565-3758 for details.

Booksellers

Returns
Return authorization is required. Credit will be issued on salable stock only, no later than 30 days from date of purchase. No cash refunds on returns.

Prices
All publications are subject to price change.

Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped either 1st Class or Priority mail. Charge is actual postage plus $2.00 for handling, in addition to a .65 charge for delivery confirmation.

When ordering posters or topographical maps, an additional $2.00 will be added to order total to cover cost of mailing tube.
